Large pothole (estimated around 7 - 10 inches diameter) on slip-road towards the motorway.
Hole is large enough for some vehicles to try and avoid it while joining the M5, which could cause an accident.

This pothole is larger enough to damage a car. I hit this pothole and it pierced a hole in my gear box and now my car is not driveable. This caused me to break down on the side of the M5 and have to be towed.
