Schedule of part time signals

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5870068.

Traffic lights are part time and turn off at 6.45am. This is a very busy period and the are numerous near misses between vehicles. Either timing seems incorrect or needs reviewing.
