Cones , unused signs left after previous repairs / works

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5869443.

There are a number of workman cones and signage frames, at various location on this stretch to dual carriageway which have been there for some time now. there are also animal carcass (3) other debris, truck tyres and some fly tipping. unfortunately due to traffic levelis unable to obtain images
