Significant Pothole on normal Line of Driving

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5861729.

Significant Pothole situated on normal driving line of passenger side wheel in far right hand lane. Vehicle/Wheel damage suffered and now pulling to one side, please advise how to proceed and please fix before a worse accident occurs. Thank you.
