Overgrown vegetation and pest problem

Reported via desktop in the Overgrown or obscuring view (NH) category anonymously at 16:14, Tuesday 16 April 2024

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5861329.

I am an Area Supervisor for the McDonalds at Newark on Lincoln Road NG24 2DB. I have contacted Land Registry and have identified yourselves as the owner of the land including the dyke adjacent to our restaurant. This area has become substantially overgrown and is harbouring rats and vermin. This is detrimental to our restaurant and needs urgent action in order to prevent further problems. We are looking for this matter to be resolved as a matter of urgency due to it being a hazardous area. The issue has been present for some time now and is causing us pest problems. I can provide land documents if necessary.
