  • Thank you for your report of 15 April 2024 about potholes at the junction with Killingworth Way and the A19. We understand your concerns and appreciate the time you've taken to contact us about this.

    We'll attend the area and assess the issue. If works are necessary to address this issue, we'll arrange for these to happen. If they're not necessary, we'll continue to monitor the area on daily patrols and inspections.

    We do try to combine works to reduce disruption for our customers. In doing so it prevent future closures and allows the roads to remain open following the works.
