More shredded litter

FixMyStreet ref: 5845604.

Verges cut, all the tons of debris/litter shredded into a thousands pieces and left. Do you actually think that creating this mess, paid for by tax payers, is worthwhile? What an absolute disgrace. The mess you've created now makes it near on impossible to pick up, meaning all this will turn into micro plastics and end up in the water course and soil. You have absolutely zero regard for the environment. You're a disgrace.
