New Street lighting needs switching on

New lights at this junction have never been switched on, it is causing accidents.

  • Thank you for making your report. The lighting at this location will remain de-illuminated for the time being. We have signage being deployed to advise the pubic. We’ve not received reports of any significant RTCs in this area during nighttime hours attributable to the lack of lighting. However, we are evaluating the necessity of lighting along the M55 and associated junctions in accordance with our policies and accident data. The outcome of this review will determine any required remedial actions, which will then be programmed into our future works. Kind Regards, National Highways
