Fence collpsing

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5833017.

A section of the six foot fence between the rear of our garden and the twelve foot motorway fence is collapsing and will need replacing.we would be grateful if this matter could be fixed before it rots away completely.
