Flap valves from A66 onto B6541

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5832224.

Our operations have reported that two of the flap valves from A66 onto B6541 Middlesbrough Road are not working and this has caused flash flooding at high tide. We have freed off the ones we are responsible for and removed debris but there are two which I have been informed are National Highways.
