Fence damaged

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5831426.

The fence is leaning towards horses fencing in one area and further up there are wooden rails missing and damage on the post and rail fencing. This has gradually worsened over the past 2 years. M18 motorway north bound between junctions 3 and 4 , close to a big blue tiredness can kill road sign.
