Blocked outfall culvert by under carrage to St Josephs Playing Fields

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5830253.

We think hat the culvert that runs under the A500 above the Sports Centre and Playing Fields is blocked causing build up of water flooding car park and sports fields.

This seems to have been blocked for around 8 weeks.
