Traffic lights on north side of road (slip road into Lyons Farm) not working

Traffic lights not working at left turn into Lyons Farm travelling east on the A27. EXTREMELY dangerous for people crossing this road going north to Lyons Farm & the Downlands pub.

    This was treated as an urgent issue and was immediately passed to the relevant department to arrange suitable mitigation to get the lights working.
