Lane closed warnings

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5811687.

Travelling west on the A30 towards the sign for Winkleigh Services there are a series of signs warning about lane closure up ahead, counting down. Traffic dutifully moves across and a jam occurs. When you get there, there is no lane closure. Have they been forgotten?
