Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5799106.

M5, northbound, between mile marker 122 and 121.5, inside lane. numerous potholes greater than 30cm wide and approx. 2" deep. Pot holes present for 4+ months.

The drop down menu does not enable you to provide details if you say it is an immediate danger. So despite having to click no, it most certainly is a danger having many potholes on a motorway.
