Traffic lights have not been adjusted for hour change

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5797988.

This morning (2nd April), the traffic lights were switched on in the morning rush hour around 7.30am. Normally they are switched off in rush hour. I suspect that they need to be adjusted to account for the change to British Summer time
