Many of the central reservation lights on the Havant bypass are on during the daytime.

Updates

The signs stating the speed limit weren't erected correctly and thus not correctly identifying the speed limit. There is potential for persons to speed and be caught doing so, especially given that there are average speed check cameras in place along the roadworks. The area to which I refer is in the vicinity of the closely positioned average speed cameras where you suddenly get a national speed limit sign, which could cause people to have been speeding prior to this due to the lack of erected signage.
