Off ramp resonance

On 26 March at approximately 5 pm, in queuing traffic on the off ramp of the M32 (IKEA junction), there was excessive movement of the road. There was a cement mixer in the nearside lane and all lanes were full of cars. The road was "bouncing" and it did appear to be a resonance condition. The ramp and dampeners need to be urgently checked by structural engineers.
