The signs going south to 10 are saying move over from the two most central lanes

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5776987.

The signals between 11 and 10 southbound are saying move out of the two lanes near central reservation but there is nothing wrong and it is causing delays with everyone trying to move to two lanes for no reason. A bit further they just change back to speed signs
