Electronic over lane sign

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5776439.

The first left side lane sign over the first lane on the managed m4 almondbury interchange as you head towards Bristol M32 slip road etc. The lane sign along the whole way is showing a cross/closed sign this last 2 days and there is no issue at all. It appears to be stuck on the cross/closed causing heavy traffic for no reason in the 2nd lane.
