Manhole/Access cover loose

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5775050.

Manhole cover/access point has become loose and making noise as vehicles run across it. This issue has been worsening for the past couple of months and has now become quite intrusive. Situated on the East bound side of Barnhorn Road, between 56 and 58. I have 2 children, one of which has special needs, both are being woken through out the night. Several neighbors have also mentioned this as a problem, waking them and disturbing their evenings and night etc.

  • Issue of fire hydrant cover on main road is still loose and bangs day and night , cover needs to be replaced as it effect sleep and can be heard inside the nearby houses. Also is a issue as if it flicks up it will cause damage to drivers tyre or cause and accident.
