Updates

  • Dear highways agency, I reported an issue in January in Royal Oak Lane Hemingford Abbots PE28 9AF regarding a blocked drain in the lane which was causing extensive flooding/ice and health and safety issues. The drain was subsequently cleaned but there has been a whole left in the road surrounded by cones and a member of the public came off there bike this morning as had not seen the large hole in the road. As a matter of urgency please could you rectify the problem and mend the drain and drain cover in the road. There is also significant damage to the road surface and tarmac needs to be replaced along the road. Please deal with these ongoing issues as soon as possible to prevent any further issues from occurring please. Yours sincerely Sophie Bothamley
