Very poor uneven surface on northbound A12 - also issues on southbound side

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5752077.

The road surface is very poor - likely to cause damage to cars. It has been like this for ages so I am surprised it has not been dealt with. Lots of sections of old tarmac on this section between Ingatestone and Shenfield (south of the roadworks) are in need or urgent repair. There are several potholes getting bigger on the southbound side and will become dangerous soon.
