Gate access onto A38 open

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5751217.

Gate on Havett Road Dobwalls by road bridge that goes across the A38 opposite Pilgrims bungalow on the rhs going up far end of road bridge. There is a double gate that blocks access onto the A38 but the padlock or whatever was holding it is no longer there.
