White lines

Reported via mobile in the Faded / Hard to see (NH) category anonymously at 13:53, Thu 21 March 2024

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5748548.

All road markings have worn away on the approach to Hykeham roundabout from Thorpe on the Hill. Ordinarily, the lines show there is only one lane at the roundabout. However, drivers are now going two abreast onto the roundabout when there is only one lane at this point. Drivers turning right from this junction are being forced over the hatched lines by drivers going straight on to the A1434 Newark Road. This has been going on since last Autumn
