Kier workers asleep on the job

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5748199.

There's a few useless and incompetant road workers who can't see the 2 mile queue of traffic towards Hambleton, so either they are dead, asleep, blind or absolutely inept at their job. Please send reinforcements who have eyes and some functioning brain capacity. Much obliged.
