Dirty unkept roads/pavement/cycle track - Dangerous

The Roads leading into Witham from A12 and exiting Witham (Colchester Rd) along the northbound slip road to A12 has had debris(stones, gravel, dirt and dust) for several months. This has become very dangerous when braking as depleted traction and dangerous. I feel an accident waiting to happen if not already. I reported this to MP Priti Patel on 2 March, 2024. I travel frequently to Witham with my work and the situation has not improved for some months. Is there anything that can be done to improve this dangerous and unsightly situation(LoveEssex)? Thankyou for your time in reviewing my comments.
