Severe Deterioration to both WB Lanes - Major fretting

Severe deterioration to road surface in both lanes on the approach and around this junction WB, becoming very dangerous for daily motorcycle commute, this section has been getting progressively worse over the last few weeks/month, some recent isolated repairs were undertaken in CL2, however it is clear that both lanes require extensive repairs/resurfacing.
