Graffiti on property wall

Reported via desktop in the Graffiti (NH) category anonymously at 11:22, Mon 18 March 2024

Sent to National Highways 1 minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5729743.

We have been repeated victims of graffiti on our property due to our exposure to the A23 as a result of significant tree felling and a lack of a satisfactory screen/barrier facilitated to safeguard our property and privacy. We have repeatedly repainted our property following these episodes, but they return in a matter of weeks. My latest recent inspection of the wall, revealed they have returned yet again.

Updates

  • Thank you for your report about repeated graffiti to your wall which has been occurring for a number of years prior to the removal of the diseased trees.

Further planting was undertaken here in January 2024 and will be monitored and cared for throughout 2024 and beyond.

Unfortunately, we're unable to limit access to the path here and while the potential for noise barrier was explored here it isn't feasible due to the high proportion of buried services in the area.

    Kind regards
