Numerous potholes and damage road surface

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5707158.

There are numerous potholes and damage to the road on the sliproad to join the M40 southbound. I have seen vehicles swerve into the other lane to avoid the potholes, which causes drivers to suddenly break, endangering other road users. This urgently needs repairing.
