Flooding-blocked drains

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5699697.

Every time there is heavy rain, the Northbound outside carriageway floods in the dip in the road approx half way between the truck maintenance depot and Light Ash Lane. traffic has to swerve back into inside lane to avoid the lake or risk high speed aquaplaning/water impact.
