Massive hole in the concrete

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5699455.

There is a massive hole on the single lane 40mph north bound just about half a mile before the Nottingham round about No way of avoiding it ! As single narrow lane The road is a total disgrace!! Luckily I was in a 4x4 but I’m sure it would cause extreme damage if not This needs doing as a matter of urgency
