A38 Uneven surface - outside lane

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5687701.

There are a few patches of road in the outside lane between Kingsway and Markeaton Islands, heading towards Derby, where the road surface is in very poor condition. The state of these patches has become worse over time, to the point where it has gone from being a nuisance to a potential danger, especially at night when they are less visible.
