Roadmarkings and studs not visible

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5685190.

The roadmarkings and studs on the section of A38 from Swinfen RBT to Cappers Lane exit slip are barely visible during the daytime. During hours of darkness nothing can be seen and as the section of road is unlit it is very hazardous especially to motorists who are unfamiliar with the road. There are area's where the centrelines have disappeared all together . They have been in this condition for many years and despite regular closures of the A38 this section of road is never treated to new roadmarkings and studs. The Exit slip was recently partly resurfaced and all road markings were refreshed including part of the mainline. Nothing was done on the section from Swinfen - Cappers Lane while the road was closed. Can you advise on when this defect will be recitified
