A27 AShcombe RA, early morning traffic lights phasing is rubbish

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5679418.

The traffic light phasing early morning is out on this roundabout which is resulting in lots of congestion which then has an impact on WB traffic further along the A27. The lights stay red for so long it appears they are broken. As you are aware, this has been happening for at least 3 weeks. Please arrange to fix them soon.
