Coming past The Old Postoffice at Hickstead when trying to see what is coming over the bridge the view is obscured by a hedge

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5673396.

The hedge/bushes are making seeing traffic coming from the right at the roundabout very difficult and they come at speed. The hedge appears to have been slightly reduced but in my opinion needs to be completely reduced, some time the queue on the slip road is back to the main road which is then also dangerous

    We've attended the location to assess visibility. To improve safety and reduce incident risks a works order will be raised to reduce the height of the vegetation further.

    We expect this it be carried out within 14 days, subject to suitable traffic management to allow the works to be safely carried out.
