Gravel and sand build up on road

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5671616.

This junction has a build up of gravel and sand, as well as some pot holes. That I have to try avoid when both driving and riding a motorcycle. It is particularly dangerous on a motorcycle. This issue has been present for at least 2 years now but has been gradually worsening.
