Loose stones and uneven surface

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5671318.

Over time loose stones have piled up at this junction and as a motorcyclist, its become dangerous for me to now avoid these and prevent sliding off - very dangerous. The uneven surface as you travel up the slip road has also become hazardous as most of the time drivers move into the off ramp side to avoid the potholes, causing more danger. Please remove stones at the bottom and fix on ramp eastbound ASAP
