Underpass Flooding

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5670900.

Flooded underpass, which gets blocked off by cones causing road users to pass on the wrong side of the road on a blind bend which is dangerous. People also parking illegally to avoid having to turn around and go back out on the a3 which is also dangerous and causes near misses with people doing 3 point turns in the road around other parked cars.
