Loose manhole

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5652725.

Recently resurfaced road now has loose manhole that will cause serious accident if not addressed. Continually rattling 24 hours a day with every vehicle travelling over it. If it breaks up or flicks out it could cause serious accident. The noise is getting very annoying.
