Light has been dismantled

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5651802.

Road light asset number A631 defuser has been dismantled from base nuts and bolts laying close by This was done sometime in the last 24 hours

I have sat defuser back on light base but am unable to make secure
