M6 J21 TO J21A Central Res Drain Gully blocked

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5648587.

The Drain Gully that runs within the central reservation in between M6 J21 & 21A has got all sorts of debris in it and I assume the grids need clearing too. The whole gully and central res area regularly totally floods in heavy rain and also covers the outside lane in both directions.
