Orange light doesnt work

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5647317.

Traffic lights opposite to asda in the middle section of the junction. The orange light is out. Red and green work fine in the sequence. Goes from red straight to green. Visa versa. I've only noticed this since 5pm last night and again this morning at 8am.
