Too many traffic lights?

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5633529.

According to the permissions, there is supposed to be two way traffic lights but there is four ways traffic lights and it is causing MASSIVE delays! Gigaclear have yet again caused problems for the general motorist!
