Constant water flow across road from fields

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5622567.

Follows the builders leaving of the recent A11uograde for the last 18months, they have now left the farmers field This has resulted in a change of water flow from the farmers field down into the road and across the road into the roundabout- constantly The water bypasses the grate before the roundabout now and streams constantly
