Pothole westbound still there despite repeated reports

Despite numerous reports about the pothole outside Longlea House and an email confirming this had been repaired on 21/02/24, it looks like you sent Stevie Wonder out to repair it - why only fill part of the hole and still leave a smaller 6" deep hole as a danger to road users? Did you run out of tarmac on the way home? Get it sorted before there is an accident

Our maintenance team are aware and a job has been raised.
We carry out frequent safety patrols to monitor the condition of the road. Any potholes or defects we find are recorded. Repairs are then prioritised based on the severity of the defect. We know that a damaged road surface can, on occasion, be potentially dangerous and we’ve processes in place to ensure any hazardous defects are repaired quickly.
