Uneven surface on A34 slip road northbound.

There is a dip in the road. It has damaged vehicles and is a major safety concern for road users.

Please fix.

This is dangerous and you need to resolve it as a matter of urgency

The warning signs don't help. If you slow down, it makes it dangerous to merge onto the A34, if you don't slow down you risk damage to your vehicle.
