Excessive queues and delays back over Shard Bridge into Hambleton due to Traffic Lights.

Every morning at 8am the lights have been fine coming over Shard Bridge. Today something has been changed and there are delays of over an hour making people very late for work and school. There were no visible accidents so must assume the change was to the traffic lights sequence which was working fine for traffic in all directions on and around the new bypass until today.
