Fencing broken and damaged

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5612430.

The fencing between A20 and Elephant Park, Swanley is broken in places. This was highlighted yesterday when a dog walker temporarily lost their dog who went through broken gap in fencing. Now a Health & Safety issue as any child or pet can easily gain entry onto the A20 via this damaged fence.
