White lines for right turning traffic filter turning into Down Rd

Lane markings for right filter onto Down Road are hard to see at all times but particularly when wet.

  • We’re aware that the road markings at this location are fading. This section of the A259 is currently in the process of design and will be included as part of a wider scheme for delivery during 2025-26. In the meantime, we’ll continue to monitor this location as part of our regular inspections. Kind Regards National Highways
